What should you now bid ?
You should not jump-shift 3 Clubs, as that promises 19 HCP. You may want to rebid your Hearts, but that would be to deny having a second 4-card suit, which would be misleading. Bidding 2 Clubs has the drawback that it shows as few as 12 HCP. You might even want to rebid NT, but that would show a 4-card Heart suit and stoppers in 3 suits. Another option is to Jump rebid Hearts, promising 16+. That might be the least misleading, since although it promises a 6-card suit, art least you have a very good 5-card suit.

What should you now bid ?
You have no second suit. Bid NT or Hearts? Bidding 2 Hearts shows 12-15 HCP. So that's no good, you've got 17. Unfortunately, to jump rebid 3 Hearts you need a 6-card suit. Your other choice is to bid 2NT, showing a balanced hand and 17-18 HCP. So, whatever you bid is going to be a compromise, because you don't have stoppers in diamonds. Since your 5 Hearts are so good, I'd go for that option.

You must also jump support, to tell your partner that you have 16+ points - you've got 18 including shape. That way, if partner is even stronger, e.g. opening hand, he'll know to explore Slam.

Note that your partner's bid promises only a 4-card Heart suit, unlike with the hand for Quiz no. B 0052 question 3 where the two level bid promised a 5-card suit and an 8-card fit.
